The 2004 CRM Contact Centre Award winners were announced at a Cocktail Function at The National Maritime Museum in Auckland on Thursday 26th August in the presence of more than 320 guests. Hosted by CRM Consulting Ltd and co-sponsored by BrightStar Conferences, Lascom NZ Ltd and PowerTalk, the Awards have become a renowned event in the Contact Centre event calendar.
