The 2006 CRM Contact Centre Award winners were announced at a Cocktail Function at the St James Theatre in Auckland on Thursday 31st August in the presence of more than 440 guests.

Hosted by CRM Consulting Ltd and co-sponsored by The Great Scott Company and Hays Contact Centres, the Awards have become a renowned event in the Contact Centre event calendar.
