The 2007 CRM Contact Centre Award winners were announced at a gala dinner held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Auckland on Thursday 6th of September in the presence of more than 460 guests.
Hosted by CRM Consulting Ltd and co-sponsored by GSC People and Hays Contact Centres, the Awards have become a renowned event in the Contact Centre event calendar.
