The 2008 CRM Contact Centre Award winners were announced at a gala dinner held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Auckland on Thursday 4th of September in the presence of more than 535 guests.

Hosted by CRM Consulting Ltd and co-sponsored by GSC People, Cackle Telecommunications and GN/ Jabra,CEAD and Hays Contact Centres, the Awards have become a renowned event in the Contact Centre event calendar.
